Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, in pristine condition, and returned with any packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

If you require a different size, simply note your request within your return. Once received and approved, your replacement will be processed promptly. Our team may reach out if any additional details are needed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. In this case, please contact us at [your email here] with supporting images prior to returning your item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CrossPaw cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved returns are processed within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund.
